Production Process
Turning Waste into Power: A Streamlined, Sustainable Journey
The production process begins by sourcing agricultural and forestry waste like rice husk and sawdust, which is then ground, dried, and compressed into uniform pellets or briquettes. This streamlined method ensures minimal waste, low emissions, and consistent fuel quality—turning natural residues into a powerful, sustainable energy source.
01
Chipping of the woods using the drum chipper
This entails processing of the used to ensure they have required sizes that is considered to be less than 6mm.
02
Screening
You screen the raw materials to ensure they have no impurities such as metals, stones, and other impurities.
03
Drying of the raw materials
Use a drum dryer in a standard wood pellet plant to ensure raw materials reach the right moisture level for efficient pellet mill operation.
04
Pelletizing
Pellets with the right moisture and size are pressed through the die hole under high pressure, making them hot and pliable for proper formation.
05
Cooling
You cool the hot pellets to ensure that they get hardened and strengthened using air cooling.
06
Packaging
The hardened and strengthened pellets can then be packaged for protection and to ensure convenience during distribution.
07
Storage and distribution
You store the pellets in dry conditions in silos, containers or tanks. You can easily distribute the packaged pellets in bulk using trucks and other vehicles.
